In 2011, Ulrik Krogh Andersen set out with a simple but powerful idea: that no one should lose their life to hypothermia when it could be prevented. He wanted to make life-saving treatment possible in even the most extreme conditions. And from that belief, °MEQU was born.
Working closely with the Technical University of Denmark as well as Military and Special Operations Forces, he developed the °M Warmer System.
Every detail of the °M Warmer System was designed with purpose. Its minimalist interface allows a quick setup time in stressful situations while its compact size and light weight ensures that it can be easily brought into austere environments.
The °M Warmer System received CE marking in 2018 and FDA clearance in 2024, and today it is used by healthcare professionals across the world within pre-hospital, hospital, and military settings.
Following FDA clearance, we successfully entered the US market and established our presence. We opened an office in Arlington, Virginia, and a dedicated warehouse in Miami to ensure fast delivery and better support for our customers across the United States.
At °MEQU, we want to enable healthcare professionals to focus on their patients, not their equipment. That user-driven mindset continues to drive everything we create.
